Upon request, you could also visit its Lace museum, where you may have the chance to admire many artifacts made by local women over numerous centuries. Then you will be taken to the most famous Venetian island, the enchanting island of Murano. This lovely island takes his fame from its production and creation of the Murano Glass – a crystal and vibrantly colored type of glass that has been produced there since the 10th Century.
Learn all about the origins of this glass and about the impact it had and still has today on the entire world. Get to stroll around the lovely island while making loads of new experiences and hearing tons of stories about how such a beautiful technique arrived in Venice in the old Venetian days. After a walk around the island of Murano, you will get the amazing opportunity to visit a selected glass-factory. There you will be able to, not only visit the factory’s lovely showroom, but also take part in a demonstration of glass-blowing. After such, you may wish to visit the Murano Glass Museum, time permitting.
